Privacy Policy

1. Data controller
This site is run as an independent project by the author of DTstudio (see the Legal Notice). There is no user database behind it, because nothing is collected — see section 2. For any question about this policy, write to the address in the Contact section of the home page.
2. What data we collect
This site collects no personal data. There is no form, no sign-up, no account, and no analytics or tracking script: you can read every page without giving us anything.
3. Server logs
Our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., processes the technical request data any web server needs to serve a page (such as IP address, timestamp and user agent) for security and to keep the service running. That processing is Netlify's, on our behalf, and may take place outside the European Economic Area; their current safeguards and sub-processor list are documented on their own site, which they keep up to date, rather than reproduced here: Netlify's GDPR/CCPA compliance page and Netlify's Privacy Policy. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) in operating and securing the site.
4. Retention
We hold no database of visitors, so there is nothing for us to retain. Netlify keeps its own server logs according to its retention policy, linked above.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Netlify, as our hosting provider, is the only recipient, under the terms linked in section 3. We do not sell or share data with any other third party.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Spain's LOPDGDD, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. For a full explanation of each right, see the AEPD's citizen's guide to data protection rights.
Since we hold no personal data of yours, most of these rights have nothing to act on here; to ask anything about this policy, email us at the address in section 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe your rights have been infringed.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product or its data processing evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
